Once order is made and parcel is shipped, no further changes can be made. We strongly advise you to carefully review and modify your order before you place an order.
Delivery
Currently, SBC does only provide shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.
Your parcels will be delivered using the following courier services, i.e DHL, Poslaju, Skynet or Motorex (JB Area).
SBC will proceed the order within 2 working days upon receiving payment confirmation. You will then be able to receive your purchase within 1-3days.
*SBC are NOT responsible for parcel lost in transit due to any mishap by 3rd party delivery partner. However, we will try our best to communicate with the delivery partner for the compensation.
